During the process I felt like I was Peter's only client based on how responsive and patient he was. He didn't make it seem as if spending time with me and my indecisiveness was causing him to lose money in some other deal he imagined he could be having. He's very knowledgeable about the market in Jacksonville, and what he didn't know he would find out about. He is also very honest and would point out various faults and flaws as he identified them. When I asked him why he would do that instead of pushing me to make a purchase so he could earn his commission he said he would hate for me to not absolutely love what I'm spending my money on and he would not encourage me to get something that's going to cost me money in the long run. One of the other great things about Peter is that once you start the process with him he will provide you with a list of all the possible vendors/associate you'll need to work with to finalize the transaction. I came to rely on his opinion and have used several of his recommendations. I have no complaints about Peter except he prefers pigs to dogs (HAHA!). He had a pet pig so ask him about that when you meet him.
